Nathan (Nate) has been exposed to the business most of his life. Having worked for a major manufacturing company, as a foreman for 7 years, gave him the opportunity to experience dealing with many different types of employees and meeting customer service and production deadlines.

Nathan’s expertise is in both the janitorial and lawn care industries. After managing a lawn care business, his dream was to open his own business, which proves dreams can come true.

Mike has been in the cleaning business since 1979.

His past employment in painting, sheet rocking, texturing, production management and managing another cleaning company has positioned him for his current position as owner.

Since coming back to Bismarck in 1982, he has seen many commercial changes in the growth of the Bismarck/Mandan area.

His leadership and knowledge brings industry know how to many types of projects involving cleaning, maintenance, lawn care, construction, property management, as well as sanding and snow removal.

He takes pride in now adding his family to his business and is looking forward to sharing his expertise with the next generation.

Samantha has been employed with Indoor Services Inc. since May 2, 2011.

Samantha has experience in most departments of our company. She started working part time while still in high school as a janitorial cleaner working at various commercial building locations.

Upon graduating from high school, she continued full time working with our coverage crew and delivering inventory supplies to all of our contracted building sites.

Later she became one of our night supervisors.

Samantha has a vast knowledge of our industry having started from the ground up. She now has a beautiful little daughter and has decided to transition to day work as our Office Manager.
